      Booking Terms

      • Cream Tea voucher will be presented on arrival and can be redeemed in the bar/restaurant between 3pm and 5pm. Cream Tea can be served as a take away option if arranged in advance.
      •  Tickets will be booked by Ardencote and emailed to you for use at the Castle gates within 14 days of arrival.
      • Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
      • Online bookings are currently limited to a maximum of 6 guests. To make an enquiry for 7 or more guests, please email reservations@ardencote.com to confirm availability and group booking procedures
      • Please note: Access to the outdoor pool and hot tub and not included in this package
      • Spa Treatments can be added subject to availability and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment

      • Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date change or request a refund
      • If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
      • If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs

      • This package can be booked over multiple nights. For each additional night of residency, and additional round of golf will be included within the package.
      • Groups - 1 in 10 stay for FREE on our Golf Breaks - please contact our Reservations Team by email on reservations@ardencote.com to make a group enquiry and to receive this offer. Subject to availability on selected dates.

      Booking Terms

      • Inclusive golf is bookable after 12pm on the day of arrival and before 11am on the day of departure
      • Golf tee times will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking. Please email your requested times to reservations@ardencote.com. Requests for specific tee times can not be guaranteed.
      • 2 Course dinner menu includes main course and dessert options, menu to be provided on the day
