  Booking Terms

  • Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 4pm on the day of arrival until 4pm on the day of departure
  • 3 Hour Destination Spa access will be from 10am until 1pm on day 2, after you check out of your accommodation. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
  • Inclusive treatment times will be pre-allocated and may take place anytime from 4pm on your arrival day until 4pm on your departure day.   • £50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
  • Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24 hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
  • If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
  • Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date.
  • If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
  • If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs.

  Drawing on ancient Indian techniques & focusing on energy centres for the head, neck, shoulders and scalp. By using key acupressure points to relieve stress and tension, this helps to release the flow of energy promoting a sense of renewal.
