Terms and conditions
Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated per guest in the next available slot at the time of booking. Treatments start from 10.00am. Requests for specific times or treatments at the same time cannot be guaranteed. Treatment choice for each guest required at least 24hrs prior to arrival. When possible, treatment times will be confirmed prior to arrival.
Inclusive lunch menu will be offered on the day
Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am - 6pm
3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning or afternoon and will be pre-allocated by our Spa Team subject to availability. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
Ardencote Spa is limited to a maximum of 12 guests per group, by prior arrangement.
Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.

If you need to change your booking, you can transfer to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book

Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date change or request a refund
If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs

Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.

This package can be booked over multiple nights. For each additional night of residency, an additional round of golf will be included within the package.

Please use our online search engine to enter your required dates, along with the number of adults and children (aged 12 or under, maximum 2 children) in the room. The search results will show the price on the dates requested, subject to availability.

Package Details
*There will be 1 x small child's bed in the room for each child on the booking confirmation. Please contact us in advance if you require a cot instead of a child's bed.
Children are classed as those aged 12 or under at the time of visit. If you have older children, please email our reservations team for assistance prior to booking at reservations@ardencote.com
Dinner will be automatically booked in the Restaurant between 6pm and 9.30pm. Children will be offered the children's menu.
Ardencote Destination Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's). Spa Treatments and Destination Spa access for adults can only be added to Leisure Break bookings a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Ardencote is a cash-free venue, we do not accept cash and all additional items must be paid for, on ordering, by credit or debit card
