    The Destination Spa at Ardencote is home to a 5 Bubble Rating by the Good Spa Guide, and is a carefully choreographed thermal journey. The Destination Spa takes you through an aromatherapy steam room, Himalayan salt sauna, a tepidarium, an outdoor Tyrolean Kilo sauna, an outdoor hot tub, outdoor heated pool, a monsoon shower, foot spa and ice fountain followed by a relaxation lounge and a tranquility lounge.

    Meanwhile, the spa’s pre-existing facilities remain intact, with a wealth of experiences to enjoy. They include an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, three floodlit tennis courts, squash courts and a dance studio hosting classes including yoga and Pilates.

    When it comes to treatments, the spa uses a fusion of Elemis and Jessica products to offers a veritable feast of therapies; from massages and rituals inspired from a wealth of global practices, as well as facials, manicures and pedicures. Also available are CACI non-surgical facelifts and micro-dermabrasion.

    We have an opportunity for a Full Time/Part-Time Spa Therapists to join our busy spa in Warwickshire. The ideal candidate must have:

    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • ELEMIS trained - Preferred but not essential
    • Be able to perform high quality spa treatments to clients
    • Be available for weekend work
    • Own car is essential due to rural location (we also offer FREE Parking)
    • Trained to NVQ levels 2 & 3

  • Restaurant & Bar Staff

  • Conference & Banqueting Porter

    We are currently recruiting for staff to work in our busy Conference department. We have 12 Conference & Meeting Rooms and we are now looking for an energetic Conference & Banqueting Porter to assist the Management Team deliver an exceptional level of service to all our guests.

    Your role will involve setting up of meeting rooms to hotel standards, servicing these rooms during the day, dealing with any on the day requests from our meeting delegates and keeping our Conference Cafe units fully stocked and clean and tidy.

    Shifts will primarily be Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm, working a 30 – 40 hour week, depending upon business levels however there may be some weekend work involved during the busy summer wedding business.

    Ideally you will have some experience in a similar environment however full training will be provided for the right individual. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

  • Hotel Duty Manager

    Are you looking for a new challenge and looking for your first step onto the Management ladder?

    We are looking for an experienced hotel operator who is currently a supervisor or assistant departmental manager from a hotel background.

    You will be responsible for supporting the Heads of departments to deliver the highest levels of customer service and driving a quality product through effective management and communication.

    Key Duties will include

    • Managing the day to day operations of a busy 110 bedroom 4 star independent hotel.
    • Ensuring the smooth running of all conference and meetings business and being the main point of contact for organisers
    • Have the skills to manage and run private events including private dinners, weddings and other social events
    • Provide a point of contact for guests and residents to ensure that all queries and complaints are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
    • Be able to assist in both front of house and back of house areas at busy times in your capacity as Duty Manager

    You must be passionate about the hospitality industry and have a “can do “attitude. You will be working as part of a larger Management team and thus must be team player.

    You will need to have previous hotel experience in a supervisory capacity as a minimum.

    The position offers a competitive salary of up to £23,000

  • Hotel Receptionist
    • Full time / permanent position working 42.5 hours per week
    • Shifts are between 7am and 11pm, 5 days out of 7 working on a Rota (issued weekly)
    • Full driving license and own car essential
    • Customer Service, Hospitality or Reception experience preferred

    Administrative duties include:

    - Completing daily checklists to ensure all parts of a shift are complete

    - Complete Check-in and Check-out procedures

    - Ensuring all information on Guest Registration Cards is accurate and complete

    - Preparing Bills / taking payments/ transfer Accounts to Guest Ledger

    - Completing Brochure requests

    - Typing, Checking and Printing Menus/Table Plans/Place Cards

    - Checking Booking Correspondence and Restaurant Pre-Bookings

    - Complete end of shift cash up

    - Pick up and leave effective handovers to Receptionists / Night Porters

    -Taking Restaurant bookings/enquiries

    - Answering the telephone / switchboard and directing calls appropriately

    • Reception staff are required to:

    - Be articulate and well-presented at all times

    - Deal with customer enquiries and bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face

    - Provide information and assistance to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience

    - Have detailed knowledge of Hotel Website

    - Have detailed knowledge of Hotel bedrooms provide show-round of Hotel and facilities whilst showing guests to bedrooms

    - Have knowledge and advanced understanding of requirements of 4 star Hotel

    - Have a detailed knowledge of the Hotel, Conference, Leisure and Spa facilities - Deal with and act upon special requests from guests

    - Reserve Taxis

    - Give coherent directions to the Hotel and local attractions/public transport

    - Liaise directly with Duty Managers and report any Guests comments to relevant Departmental Staff e.g. Housekeeping/maintenance/Kitchen

    - Communicate with Housekeeping Team

    - Have knowledge and understanding of the Hotel Food & Beverage facilities and be able to discuss menus with Guests

    - Have understanding of Hotel Wi-Fi facilities and be able to discuss accurately with Guests
