Booking Terms:
- Seasonal Offer, late availability only bookable on selected date. Prices vary subject to dates and availability
- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
- Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date
- Spa Treatments and Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. To guarantee Ardencote Spa access, please book one of our ‘Spa Breaks’
- Dinner times are automatically pre-booked between 6pm and 9.30pm, subject to restaurant availability
LOW Deposit:
- £50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
- Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival and payment will be taken automatically from the card used to pay your deposit.
- If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
- All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable once received
- If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your payment to any available package at a later date or hold your credit until you are
able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges. - If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs

- 1 x 25min treatment each: either Elemis Back Massage or Elemis Bespoke Facial

Booking Terms
- Treatments will be booked anytime between 10am on your day of arrival and 1030am on your day of departure. Requests for specific times cannot be guaranteed. Your treatment times will be confirmed 3 days prior to arrival. Treatment choices can be confirmed with the Spa Team at this time. Email spa@ardencote.com with any requests or queries regarding your spa access or treatments

- 3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning (10am-1pm) or afternoon (2pm – 5pm) and will be pre-allocated by our Spa Team. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
- Outdoor Pool is open during Summer season May - September, subject to weather conditions and outdoor temperature
- Additional treatment bookings are subject to availability and bookable a maximum of 14 days prior
- Online availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. To book for 7 or more guests, please contact us before booking to confirm availability on your selected date at reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
- Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.

- Ardencote is a cash-less venue. We do not accept cash and all extras must be paid for on ordering by credit or debit card

Cancellation Policy
