Sunday 24th December - Christmas Eve - Arrival

Arrive from 12pm for use of our Leisure Facilities or relax in our Brasserie Bar & Restaurant
Check into your accommodation from 2:30pm
Mince Pies, Tea and Coffee, will be available throughout the afternoon
Start the evening with a Winter Pimms Reception, served from 6pm in the Cocktail Bar
Join our Carol Service with Claverdon Church Choir from 7pm, followed by a delicious Three Course Candlelit Dinner, served to you in our Palms Conservatory

Christmas Day

Start Christmas Day with a delicious Full English Breakfast, available between 8am – 10am
From 12.30pm, Christmas Day Lunch with all the Festive Trimmings will be served in our Palms
Conservatory. We are even hoping for a visit from Santa for the little ones!
Take the afternoon to enjoy a relaxing stroll around our stunning grounds and local countryside
From 7pm, Ardencote’s Christmas Day Buffet is a treat not to be missed, with Ardencote’s Big Fat Quiz of 2023 and fun prizes for the winners!

Boxing Day

Join us for a hearty breakfast between 8am-10am, followed by the Ardencote Boxing Day Walk for those who wish to take in some fresh air and enjoy the delights of the Warwickshire Countryside & our neighbouring villages
Throughout the day, in addition to the inclusive leisure facilities, there are also Spa Treatments, Destination Spa and Golf bookable for our residents*
Join us from 7pm to be entertained by the varied sounds of our Live Guitarist & vocalist, Ben Drummond and enjoy a delicious 3 Course Boxing Day Dinner

27th December - Departure

Breakfast will be served from 8am before we say 'farewell'

*Destination Spa facilities and treatments will be available to pre-book on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day. All Spa Facilities will be closed on Christmas Day, but guests are still welcome to enjoy the Hotel’s Leisure Facilities

Package Booking Terms:
Ardencote Leisure facilities include: Indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, squash courts, table tennis, cardio vascular gym, weights resistance gym and 3 all-weather outdoor tennis courts
Christmas Day Lunch will be booked at a specific time and is served between 12.30pm and 3pm. Your time will be confirmed to you prior to arrival. If you have a specific request for your lunch time, please contact us as soon as possible after booking. Timings are subject to availability.
Boxing Day Dinner will be served between 7pm and 9pm, we do not ask guests to book a specific time, however we may need to allocate a specific time for you depending on numbers. This will be confirmed on check in.
To enhance your stay with a session in Ardencote’s Destination Spa on 24th December or 26th December, please add your Spa Sessions to your basket during booking process. Availability can also be requested by contacting our reservations team after booking, however bookings requested after the initial online booking stage are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Payments are non-refundable, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, your payment will be held as credit to use at a later date
If you need to change your booking, please contact us by 12pm at least 3 days prior to your check in date. You can transfer to a later date, alter your package
or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests received after this time may incur administration and/or cancellation fees.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking any payments received will be used to cover your cancellation fee
