    A dream like ritual with soft brushes to engage sensory pathways promote relaxation and stress management. Prioritizing quality sleep further enhances overall well-being. Incorporating a specialist sleep-inducing back massage adds a wonderful touch to enhance peace and relaxation in this dream-like routine.

    Booking Terms

    • Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated by our Spa Team anytime between 10am on your day of arrival and 10.30am on your day of departure. Requests for specific times, or treatments at the same time, cannot be guaranteed. Your treatment times will be confirmed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival.     • Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Spa package
