Your New Year's Eve Leisure Break Includes:
- Arrival from 10.00am
- Access to the Outdoor Hot Tub & Spa Relaxation Lounge 10am – 6pm

- This break is for over 18's only
- Price based on two adults sharing. Single supplement of £50 applies per day
- Smaller parties will be seated with other guests on communal tables seating up to 10
- Dress code - Masquerade Ball (smart / formal)
- Leisure facilities include our indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Gymnasium, Tennis and Squash Courts.
- Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated by our Spa Team. Treatments will be booked anytime between 10am on your day of arrival and 10.30am on your day of departure. Requests for specific times, or treatments at the same time, cannot be guaranteed. Your treatment times will be confirmed to you at least 3 days prior to arrival. Your treatment choice can be confirmed with the Spa Team at this time. Please email spa@ardencote.com with any requests or queries regarding your spa access or treatments
- Inclusive lunch menu will be offered on the day
- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
- 3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning (10am-1pm) or afternoon (2pm – 5pm) and will be pre- allocated by our Spa Team. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
- We do not offer triple rooms. Groups with uneven numbers will require a single occupancy room, supplement is £30 per single room.

- Minimum £100 non-refundable deposit per room taken on booking. Full payment will be taken automatically on 1st December 2023, using the card details entered on booking Payments are non-refundable, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, your payment will be held as credit to use at a later date
- If you need to change your booking, please contact us by 12pm at least 3 days prior to your check in date. You can transfer to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests received after this time may incur administration and/or cancellation fees.
- If you decide to fully cancel your booking any payments received will be used to cover your cancellation fee
