- This package can be booked over multiple nights. For each additional night of residency, and additional round of golf will be included within the package.
Booking Terms
- Inclusive golf is bookable after 12pm on the day of arrival and before 11am on the day of departure
- Golf tee times will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking. Please email your requested times to reservations@ardencote.com. Requests for specific tee times can not be guaranteed.
- 2 Course dinner menu includes main course and dessert options, menu to be provided on the day
- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
- Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.

- £50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
- Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
- If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
- Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date.
- If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
- If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs

Booking Terms
- Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18s) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package
- Guest 1 – Spa Access: 3 Hour access to Destination Spa is allocated between 2pm and 5pm and includes: Outdoor Pool*, Outdoor Hot Tub, Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
- Guest 2 – Golf: tee time will be pre-allocated from 1pm on arrival day and confirmed in your booking confirmation
- Ardencote Spa treatments can only be booked a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival. Booking requests are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. Please enquire by emailing spa@ardencote.com.
