The Road to Ardencote

The Prime Minister announced England’s Road map to recovery on 22nd February, and we are absolutely delighted to publish our Ardencote Road to Recovery.

Step 1: 29th March 2021

Ardencote Golf and Ardencote Tennis will re-open to Members and the General Public.

Step 2: 12th April 2021

Ardencote Leisure to re-open to Members - All facilities except the Steam and Sauna Rooms will be available. (Link to Leisure Members page)

The Brasserie Bar will be open to serve hot/cold drinks only from 11am – 7pm daily. Table Service will be in operation with customers seated outside on our Sunlit Terrace and Grounds.

Step 3: 17th May 2021

Ardencote Hotel will fully re-open, with new updated packages for Summer 2021.

Destination Spa will be fully re-opened, with spa treatments available to book.

Meetings, Events and Weddings can take place for a maximum of 30 Guests.

The Brasserie Bar & Restaurant will be open for guests to drink and dine indoors.

Please note: Social Distancing Guidelines will still be in place

Step 4: 19 July 2021

Following the Government announcement on 5 July 2021, we are delighted to announce that all current social distancing guidelines will be relaxed from 19th Monday July 2021 and that all operations of Ardencote will return to normal as far as possible.

The wearing of face-masks within public areas will no longer be mandatory, however you will be more than welcome to wear one should you wish to do so.

Hand-sanitising stations will still be available throughout the Hotel, Spa and Leisure Club and we will advise guests to use the hand-sanitisers throughout the course of their visit: We will be asking all guests to sanitise their hands before entering the Buffet stations (when in operation).

Ardencote will remain a cash-less business, all transactions will only be accepted by Debit/Credit Card following each purchase. There will not be a facility for Guests to charge items to rooms, foregoing the need for lengthy check-outs on departure.

We would like to take this opportunity of thanking everyone for their continued support and encouragement during these unprecedented times.

Your booking at Ardencote

We have put together some basic guidance that we hope will be of assistance:

Bedroom Reservations

Our Reservations Team will be in touch to discuss your options soon. Existing individual bedroom reservations can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.

Ardencote Spa

If you have a direct booking for a spa day or spa treatment, your booking can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.

Third Party Reservations

If you have booked a bedroom, golf or a spa experience via a third party website such as Booking.com, Spabreaks.com, Your Golf Travel, Secret Escapes, SpaSeekers, Treatwell etc then please contact them directly in the first instance.

Private Events

If you have an upcoming event, your event co-ordinator will be in touch as soon as possible, please bear with us.
