TEMPORARY TERMS & CONDITIONS IN RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

At this time of growing concerns around coronavirus (Covid-19), we would like to reassure you that health, safety and welfare of our guests, visitors and team members is our number one priority. As you would expect, we are closely monitoring advice and following guidelines from UK Government and the World Health Organisation and continue to take measures to keep our guests and teams safe.
Therefore, following the government guidelines and our message on Saturday 21st March 2020, we have decided to temporarily close our facilities until the 30th April 2020. We will be reviewing this regularly with regards to the government’s advice and aim to re-open as soon as it is safe and possible to do so. Until then please find information below regarding closures to facilities and any existing bookings with us. If you were due to visit us before the 30th April 2020, our team have started to contact guests in arrival date order so please bear with us and we will be in touch.
Existing individual bedroom reservations, even promotional offers, for arrival before 30 April 2020 can now be postponed and re-booked up until 31 December 2020. If you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date before the 31st December 2020.
In response to the recent announcement from UK government to close all gyms and leisure centres, with immediate effect our leisure club and spa are now closed. If you have a direct booking for a spa day or spa treatment, please do not come to the spa.
Your booking can now be postponed and re-booked up until 31 December 2020. If you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date before the 31st December 2020.
Leisure Club Members
If you are a leisure club member, please do not visit us. We will be in touch regarding your membership. Members on our database will receive an email and members with access to the Ardencote Leisure App will find further information there. Please download the app if you have not already done so.
Third Party Reservations
If you have booked a bedroom, golf or a spa experience via a third party website such as Booking.com, Spabreaks.com, Your Golf Travel etc, then please contact them directly in the first instance.
In response to the recent announcement from UK government, we have no option but to close our restaurants and bars. If you have a restaurant reservation, then please do not come to the hotel. You will be contacted and a full refund will be given, however please bear with us whilst we make contact with you.
If you have an upcoming event, your event co-ordinator will be in touch as soon as possible, but please bear with us.
