We’ll Meet Again…

Following the Government announcement on 04 January 2021 placing England in national lockdown, Ardencote and all of Ardencote Facilities will be temporarily closed until Government restrictions are lifted.

The Ardencote Team will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the Hotel and Facilities are in the best possible condition upon re-opening.

Please stay safe, fit and healthy and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to Ardencote as soon as Government Guidelines allow.

Our Reservations Team are now taking enquiries, and whether you are looking for Spa, Golf or Leisure Breaks, Conferences or Weddings, we are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Ardencote.

Your booking at Ardencote

If you are due to visit us before the 12th February 2021, our team have started to contact guests in arrival date order so please bear with us and we will be in touch by email as soon as possible to discuss your options.

In the meantime we have put together some basic guidance that we hope will be of assistance:

Bedroom Reservations

Our Reservations Team will be in touch to discuss your options soon. Existing individual bedroom reservations can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.

Ardencote Spa

If you have a direct booking for a spa day or spa treatment, your booking can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.

Third Party Reservations

If you have booked a bedroom, golf or a spa experience via a third party website such as Booking.com, Spabreaks.com, Your Golf Travel, Secret Escapes, SpaSeekers, Treatwell etc then please contact them directly in the first instance.

Private Events

If you have an upcoming event, your event co-ordinator will be in touch as soon as possible, please bear with us.
