TEMPORARY TERMS & CONDITIONS IN RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We are extremely pleased to announce that Ardencote Leisure and Ardencote Golf will re-open on Thursday 3rd December. Following confirmation that Warwickshire will be placed into tier 3 from the 2nd December 2020, Ardencote Hotel & Spa will remain closed until further notice.

In these challenging times, we are immensely appreciative of the support from our loyal guests, and the hard work and dedication of our team.
Ardencote will continue to take all of the necessary measures to keep everyone safe and we will communicate any updates to our temporary closure and re-opening policies via our website, email and social media.
Your booking at Ardencote
If you are due to visit us in December 2020, our team have started to contact guests in arrival date order so please bear with us and we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options. In the meantime we have put together some basic guidance that we hope will be of assistance:
Our Reservations Team will be in touch to discuss your options soon. Existing individual bedroom reservations can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.
If you have a direct booking for a spa day or spa treatment, your booking can be postponed and re-booked within a 12 month period, or if you are unable to provide a new date at this time, your money will be placed in to a holding account for you to confirm a new date within 12 months.
Leisure Club Members
Members on our database will receive an email and members with access to the Ardencote Leisure App will find further information there. Please download the app if you have not already done so.
Third Party Reservations
If you have booked a bedroom, golf or a spa experience via a third party website such as Booking.com, Spabreaks.com, Your Golf Travel, Secret Escapes, SpaSeekers, Treatwell etc then please contact them directly in the first instance.
If you have an upcoming event, your event co-ordinator will be in touch as soon as possible, please bear with us.
