  • The Lodge

    Formally a fisherman’s lodge, The Lodge is the perfect place for private celebrations such as birthday’s, anniversary’s, christenings and family celebrations offering a friendly, informal ambience, which will leave a lasting impression and the Bar and Lounge areas are furnished in a modern and contemporary fashion.

    Catering for up to 84 guests and set back from the main hotel,  The Lodge offers one of the most stylish and flexible function settings as well as private parking and views out over the stunning Warwickshire countryside.

    We understand that your event is individual, so to ensure that we cater for your requirements your own event coordinator will be on hand to assist in your planning and help you choose what is right for you and your event.

    We offer set dining and buffet menus in The Lodge as well as the flexibility to create bespoke menus for your occasion. Just get in touch and one of our event co-ordinators will be more than happy to help.

    Each client will be given a bespoke quotation upon enquiry.

    • And you can dance away to the sounds of our Resident Disco until 12 midnight

    Terms &  Conditions for Prom Bookings:

    • Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age. Staff have been instructed to ask for proof of age / ID from anyone purchasing alcohol. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure that all guests aged 18 or over bring a valid form of ID on the day.
    • Alcohol is served for personal consumption only and must not be purchased on behalf of anyone that is under 18 years of age.
    • Ardencote is a licensed premises, therefore all alcohol consumed on site must be provided by / purchased from Ardencote. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on site.
    • We require 1 parent / teacher for every 15 students attending. A list of nominated parents / teachers is required at least 7 days prior to the event. Nominated guests will need to make themselves known to the Hotel Duty Manager on arrival. The function will not commence until the ratio is correct.

     

     

  • Reunion Weekend Leisure Break

    Suitable for Re-Unions, Masonic Lodge, Car Clubs & Societies

    A gala dinner, four star luxury and full access to our leisure facilities

    Friday:

    ∙ Arrive from 2:30pm for check-in and use of the Leisure Facilities, which includes indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, floodlit tennis courts, squash/racquetball courts and Life Fitness Free Weights & cardiovascular gymnasiums!

    ∙ And you may take advantage of a 10% discount on pre-booked spa treatments

    ∙ For your first evening you can enjoy a three course hot and cold buffet dinner in a private room

    ∙ Followed by a good nights sleeps in luxury four star accommodation

    Saturday:

    ∙ Wake up to a delicious full English or continental breakfast

    ∙ Whatever your plans, the leisure facilities will be available to you during your stay

    ∙ For the big event you will enjoy a three course gala dinner in a private suite

    ∙ End your evening with another good night’s sleep in four star luxury

    Sunday:

    ∙ At your leisure join your fellow Lodge members for a hearty full English or continental breakfast before you depart for your onward journey
