Terms and Conditions of the NEC Wedding Show Spa Day for 4 Competition

By entering this  prize draw or competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the general terms and conditions of entry as specified below.

Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 and over unless otherwise specified.

The prize involves a Spa Day for 4 people to use at Destination Spa at Ardencote Hotel. The Spa Day Voucher for 4 must be used at once & cannot be split. Spa Days are bookable Monday – Friday. The voucher is valid for 12 months from issue and has no cash alternative.

Spa Day includes: Hire of Spa Robe, Slippers and Pool Towel included per guest, 1 x 25 minute treatment per guest: (Seasonal Back Treatment/Seasonal Facial/Mini Manicure / Mini Pedicure), Refreshments in the Relaxation Lounge, 3 hour access to the Destination Spa (either morning or afternoon, to be confirmed upon booking), Light Lunch served between 12pm – 2.30pm in the Brasserie Restaurant, Access to the Outdoor Hot Tub area & Spa Relaxation Lounge from 10am – 6pm, Access to Indoor Pool area, Gyms, Squash Courts & Tennis Courts.

This Prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, who attend the NEC Wedding Show from 25-27th March OR Ardencote’s Wedding Open Day on Sunday April 3rd, except employees of Ardencote, and their immediate families. The prize draw closes on Monday 4th April. 

Only one entry per person. Spammers (people or machines with multiple entries) will be disqualified.

Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Ardencote reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

No purchase is necessary to enter. By entering the prize draw or competition, the entrant agrees to the terms of the privacy policy.

When you enter a competition, we ask for your name, email address and occasionally some other relevant details. We use this information so that we can contact you and arrange for your prize to be sent out to you, we will also store your email address for relevant marketing purposes only. Ardencote will not accept responsibility for failed entries due to technical fault.

Winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the closing date. Winners have five working days (Monday to Friday only) to respond to the email or another winner will be drawn. Winners are selected at random by Ardencote

Ardencote is not responsible for the winners own travel costs and arrangements.
