Your Ardencote Tribute Night Overnight Break includes:

Please use the website availability search option to check availability on the specific date of your chosen Tribute Act - please search based on maximum of 2 guests as availability and packages are shown per room. For single occupancy pricing please enter 1 adult in to the search engine to show available packages and pricing.

Please note: Access to the Leisure Facilities, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool and Destination Spa are not included and can not be added to the Tribute night package.

Package Terms

• Tribute Night 3 course meal is a set menu with a vegetarian alternative. The menu can be forwarded to you on request by emailing reservations@ardencote.com.
• Please email reservations@ardencote.com in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements
• Access to the Leisure Facilities and The Spa at Ardencote are not included and can not be added to the Tribute Night Package
• Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 10 guests. If you would like to book for 11 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
• Tribute Night seating for all guests will be on communal tables seating up to 10. Dress code is smart casual
• Tribute Nights are for guests OVER 18 years of age only
• Ardencote is a cash-less venue - all extras must be paid for on ordering by credit or debit card

NEW – Low Deposit Booking Offer: 

- £50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation

 - Full payment for your reservation will be taken automatically 14 days prior to arrival from the card used to pay your deposit. If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.

 - If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.

- Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your credit to booking for a later date

-If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.

 -If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs
