25 Minute Autumn Ritual Treatment
The Ritual of Solitude. Allow the body and mind to disconnect from each other and from all devices. During this time the body, mind and spirit can truly be alone, incorporated with body stretches for perfect alinement and solitude. To support this action the therapist will work on breathing exercises, pressure points thought-out the entire body, this will incorporate heat therapy on hands & feet, movements of stretching of the arms, legs and neck. You will be cocooned during this time you will enjoy a moment of solitude.

Booking Terms

• Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated by our Spa Team. Treatments will be booked anytime between 10am on your day of arrival and 10am on your day of departure. Requests for specific times, or treatments at the same time, cannot be guaranteed. Your treatment times will be confirmed to you at least 3 days prior to arrival. Please email spa@ardencote.com with any requests or queries regarding your spa access or treatments
• Autumn Ritual may be swapped to a mini manicure or mini pedicure if arranged in advance with Ardencote Spa
• Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18s) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.
• Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
