The following information is designed to ensure that you enjoy the Ardencote fully.
Please note that Check-in is from 2:30pm on the day of arrival; unfortunately we are unable to guarantee check-in prior to this time. Check out time is 10.30am on the morning of departure and if you wish to take advantage of the facilities after this time a guest fee may be charged.
The Hotel operates a non-smoking policy in all bedrooms and public areas.
Dining at Ardencote Manor Hotel
The Lodge Restaurant offers an imaginatively prepared a la carte menu, served in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the lake and countryside. The Conservatory style Leisure Bar offers a more informal menu overlooking the gardens. If you are on a package that includes dinner, this will allow you up to £30.00 per adult and £15.00 per child to use towards food in the restaurant. The Leisure Club facilities and 9 hole golf course are available for use throughout the duration of your stay and are open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm Saturday & Sunday (Children's swimming times from 9am to 6pm). Children's hours may be extended during School holidays. Please note that the correct Golfing attire is required for use of the Golf Course. Our Leisure Team can be contacted on 01926 843872. The Ardencote Spa offers a range of holistic and therapeutic treatments. If your package includes Spa Treatments, a treatment schedule will be issued to you at the time of booking. If you are not on a Spa Package and would like treatments, or would like to book any additional treatments with your Spa Package, we strongly recommend that you book in advance. Please contact our Spa Reception on 01926 842000 quoting your booking reference. Please note that all Hotel residents are offered a 10% discount off pre-booked Spa Treatments. Please be aware that all deposits and required pre-payments are non-refundable. On receipt of your electronic booking our Reservations Team will contact you on the telephone number/s or e-mail provided to obtain your credit card details. Failure to provide credit card details within 72 hours of booking will result in your reservation being cancelled from our system. In the unfortunate event that you do need to cancel your reservation, all cancellations are required by 2pm on the day prior to arrival. If we receive cancellation after this time every effort will be made to re-sell the room, however if we are unsuccessful full payment will be taken from the card details provided.
