Sessions
Tuesday
9:00am-10:00am Cardio Tennis - Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.
Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, then give Cardio Tennis a go!
There are drills for absolute beginners through to advanced players, all of which provide you with a great cardio workout while improving skill. Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.
Music is played during the session to help create a high energy atmosphere and add motivation. The main purpose of the session is to provide you with an enjoyable work out. It's not about forehands and backhands, it's about getting in to your appropriate cardio zone and getting a great workout!
Cost £3 a session or £10 for 4 sessions (Members). £5 a session for Non Members. All group sessions can be mix and matched to make up the four.
10:00am-11:00am Drills – This is a more game based session where both singles and doubles tactics are covered whilst participating in game appropriate drills. This session caters for beginners through to advanced players to improve knowledge of tactics, positioning on court and general play.
11:00am-1:00pm Private Lessons – Private Lessons are available if you are wanting to work on a specific area of your tennis game or just want to brush up on your tennis skills before giving one of the groups a try. Private lessons can be for 1 or 2 people.
Cost £10 for individual or £15 for 2 people sharing (Members). £20 for individual or £30 for 2 people sharing (Non Members)

10:00am-11:00am Rusty Rackets – A session designed for those individuals who haven't picked up a racket before or haven't played in a while and would like to improve their game. Sessions will focus on improving shot technique and general tactics in a fun, social, relaxed environment.
