Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise program for the client. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
Aerobicise
Aerobicise contains a variety of training methods including exercise to music and step. Done to up beat music you will have fun and at the same time gain results. Aerobicise guarantees to show effect by working you cardiovascular system and burning fat at the same time.
Zumba Classes
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before participants know it they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep rooted community among students.
Zumba Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba� Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Participants learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Ladies Latin
The aim is to teach short easy to remember routines that can be danced with or without a partner and used outside class, at weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties. Learn the correct technique and posture needed for Latin dancing.
Kettlecise**
An intense, fast paced class using kettlebells to increase cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone up, shape and improve strength. Complete amazing all-round fitness. (Max of 8 People)
Yoga
Yoga is the Hindu practice of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on the Hindu concept of divinity.
