BODY TONING CLASS
High Intensity Interval training Class using Body Weight, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and Kettlebells. This Class includes 15 minutes aerobic exercise, 25 minutes body toning, 15 minutes floor workout and finally cool down stretches.
BODY CONDITIONING CLASS
Medium to High Intensity Interval training Class using Body Weights, Dumbbells and Resistance Bands. This Class includes 15 minutes aerobic part, 25 minutes body toning, 15 minutes Floor workout and stretches.
TOTAL BODY MAT WORKOUT CLASS
This total body workout targets the muscles of the hips, gluteus, thighs and the upper bodies, helping you build lean muscles. You'll be using your body weight and added weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body and core. This class makes the body work harder and longer and at a higher capacity, with short periods of rest. Lots of exercises based on mats.
CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
BASIC MAT PILATES CLASS
An anatomically based class inspired by the Joseph Pilates method. Emphasizes body awareness while building strength and flexibility without excess bulk. Create a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a strong core.
Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise program for the client. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
Aerobocise contains a variety of training methods including exercise to music and step. Done to upbeat music you will have fun and at the same time gain results. Aerobocise guarantees to show effect by working you cardiovascular system and burning fat at the same time.
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before participants know it they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep rooted community among students.
An intense, fast paced class using kettle bells to increase cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone up, shape and improve strength. Complete amazing all-round fitness. (Max of 8 People)
Yoga is the Hindu practice of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on the Hindu concept of divinity.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS CLASS
Legs, Bums & Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thigh's, buttocks and stomach. A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body, using ankle weights. This is a high impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work.
YOGA STYLE FITNESS CLASS
Yoga style fitness class with Pilates principles. Improve your core and posture while also getting tone and trim.
KICK BOXING & CIRCUITS
Thai boxing, freestyle boxing, self defence and circuit training all incorporated to provide a fully body workout class while learning how to defend yourself for certain situations.
Sequences of exercises that out the spine and the whole body through arches, curls, rotations and side stretches.
