Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise program for the client. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.

Aerobicise

Aerobicise contains a variety of training methods including exercise to music and step. Done to up beat music you will have fun and at the same time gain results. Aerobicise guarantees to show effect by working you cardiovascular system and burning fat at the same time.

Blast and Toning

The perfect start to the week! Blast fat and tone your body from head to toe. The class will burn loads of calories and tone and reshape your body. The class mixes an aerobic warm up and cutting edge fat-burning exercises with Pilates and resistance exercises to target all your troublesome areas.

Zumba Classes

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before participants know it they are getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep rooted community among students.

Ladies Latin

The aim is to teach short easy to remember routines that can be danced with or without a partner and used outside class, at weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties. Learn the correct technique and posture needed for Latin dancing.

Boxing Circuit Training**

Boxing Circuit Training is an excellent way to improve speed, strength and stamina. Incorporates boxing training with traditional circuits. Circuit training maximizes fitness benefits by strengthening cardiovascular and muscle health simultaneously. For boxers, circuit training also mimics the timing of a round in the boxing ring and allows them to improve their stamina. Great class for all abilities.

Children's Ballet

This class is excellent for every child, whether their aim is to gain confidence and grace, to learn the joy of dance, to improve balance and co-ordination or to train for a career in dance. There are opportunities for children of all ages and the aim is to make the lessons a fun and enjoyable way to learn the art of ballet.

Kettlecise**

An intense, fast paced class using kettlebells to increase cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone up, shape and improve strength. Complete amazing all-round fitness. (Max of 8 People)

Boot Camp**

An intense army inspired workout using props and army style instructing.

The Running Club **

Takes you out of the gym and onto the road with one of our instructors through the beautiful Warwickshire country side. Beginners and immediate runners are welcome.
