Conference & Events Co-ordinator


Full Time Maternity Leave Cover Role:

(Minimum 2 Years experience required in Hotel Industry or similar role)
  • Full time Conference & Events Co-ordinator (42.5hrs p/w) for our busy Conference Office
  • Working in an exciting, fast paced and busy environment alongside our Wedding Co-ordinator and Reservations Team
  • Candidate must have the ability to focus and perform well under pressure
  • Role requires strong communication and organisational skills
  • Hotel and Conference Office experience is essential
  • Full training specific to our venue and systems will be given

Role includes:

  • Fielding and Managing Conference & Event bookings
  • Face to face appointments with existing and new clients
  • Conference & Events administrative tasks
  • Working with all Hotel departments
